In 2023, we were all introduced to and faced with the groundbreaking generative AI and chatbots like ChatGPT. But another AI tool might be just as interesting or even more so if you're looking to up your customer service.

It is key to take your customer service quite seriously as it is a touchpoint that golfers have with the clubs.
